try "loret(t?)o" at developer-program-site - techn.spotlite - conversation-tools. it works quit well, as far as i tested it.

loret(t?)o analyses your mdb-file and then generates the DDL-Script to transfer the data-structure to oracle, can even move the data there (i think), creates the table-connections from access-to-oracle and changes the forms in your mdb-file to work with the oracle-tables.

i hope that's it ...
