Give this a shot. If it is all 16 bit versions, I believe the instance is orcl. I heard that you must have SQL*Net running to make it work. Anyway, try scott/tiger_at_orcl

If you have 16 bit dev 2K and 32 bit PO7, make sure you installed required support files 7.2 for dev 2K. Then you should not have to include a connect string, but if you do try :2
