problems with Form Designer

Hello All !
I have some troubles with Form Designer (v1.2.),Oracle Server (v
7.2.2), platform (SCO)
1) On creation new dlock Designer not given me list of tables if i'm
not on SYS logon.
2)When i try integrity constraints (all constraints with out Not Null)
Designer give me a Message : FRM-11102 Error while generating
constraints. On logon SYS there are no this problems.What can i do?
I mast execute some scripts,isn't it ? Which ?
