Installing Oracle 1.3 on WIN NT 3.51 server

Does anybody know of some steps to follow when trying to install developer/designer 1.3 on a windows nt 3.51 server? I want to install a network copy of the product, and have the windows 95 workstations simply use 1 single copy.
