Not at this point in time. However, if you have organized each "owner" of data in its own tablespace (or at least ensured that only one user's objects occupy each tablespace), the exercise is easysince it affects only one user at a time. If there are multiple users in each tablespace you wish to defragment, it still can be done but it is trickier.
