HELP!!!! Visigenic 32-bit ODBC driver / Windows 95 and VB

Has anyone succeeded in using the Visigenic 32-bit ODBC driver with Windows 95 and VB? I have tried many times under different conditions, but all I get when I try to add the driver with Control Panel/32bit ODBC is the following error message:
Failed to load file vsorac32.dll
The Oracle client and networking components
were not found. These components are supplied
by Oracle Corporation and are installed when you
install the Oracle client software.
But I have installed the Oracle client software!, or at least I think so. As a matter of fact, I have just installed the complete Personal Oracle for Windows 95.
Help, please. Help!
