Developer 1.2.1 and Windows3.1 and Windows95

We are looking at deploying applications written in Forms 4.5 under Windows3.1 in both Windows3.1 and Windows 95 environments. Does anyone have any experience with using the same 16-bit Forms4.5 applications in both Windows3.1 and Windows95 environments? Are there any known problems and workarounds?
