Informix also has this kind of tool and ODBC and other soulutions may do some of the same. What you seem to want however is a full replication between heterogenous databases.
May be someting like OmniReplicator from Praxis International might be interesting. I know nothing about the quality of real functionality of their products, but may be you can use it. You amy check out http://www.praxisint.com
