po7 and pb4

I have 2 db's i want to talk to:
1 is networked(oracle7.1)
1 is local (personal oracle7)
The connection with 7.1 works fine,
but when i want to connect local, pb4 still connects 7.1
Can anyone tell me how to connect to a local personal oracle7 db with powerbuilder ?
