Easy? Well you'll have to decide. You need to;
1. export the owner of the tables, with grants, etc.
2. drop all of the owners objects
3. create a new tablespace(s) for the application
4. set this tablespace as the default tablespace for the owner
5. create the tables in the new tablespace(s)
6. import
