Oracle Workgroup Server 2000 and Replication

Greetings,

Does Oracle Workgroup Server 2000 include replication features? If so, any comments on performance and administration?? I am in the process of evaluating a RDBMS for a company with approx. 200 emps. There is no DBMS platform currently installed. Applications (to be developed) include a Sales Contact Management System integrated with proprietary legacy accounting system (btrieve based). The most important functionality is the replication feature because this database will be stored in multiple locations and on laptops. Unfortunately, I do not have the budget for Oracle7 Enterprise.
