Server Manager in 7.3

I just upgraded from 7.2 to 7.3 on a DEC Alpha, running Digital Unix 3.2.
In 7.2, the Server Manager had a "Cabinet" for Replication. In 7.3, it is not there.
Does anyone know where it went? Did I miss something in the upgrade? Is there a new tool?
