32 Bit Oracle Driver

I keep receiving "Unable to load specified driver" whenever I try to connect to Oracle using the new 32 bit driver from Oracle's web site. I have SQL*Net 2.0 installed and connect just fine with other drivers. Received on Mon Jun 24 1996 - 00:00:00 CEST
