Change your coordinate system to Centimeters or Inches. Points or Pixels _really_ screws up the port to Mac. Also, map your fonts as follows:
"MS Sans Serif".8 = Geneva.9
"MS Sans Serif".10 = Geneva.12
The above work fairly well. The coordinate system is the most important to correct. If it isn't Inches or Cm, you'll have major problems.
