Instead of creating synoynms, try using Roles, roles are very helpfull

eg :-

  Create role my_test identifed by my_test;

Grant which tables have, what kind of privs on each table..

eg:-

  grant read, write on table_test_1 to my_test;   grant read, wirte on table_test_2 to my_test;
.....

  ...

Finally grant the role the users, that you want

  grant my_test to user1;
  grant my_test to user2;
.....
