Yes, I have come across this problem. I called Oracle and in the book: "A Beginner's Guide to Oracle" it says use:
username=scott
password=tiger (no caps in any of these but maybe scott is actually
scot - I forgot!) Send me email if you didn't get it
and I will look in my book.
