Twice as a P6 ? I don't think there is any PPC chip that's so high priced ... P6-200 chips sell for about $1500 (maybe less now). I don't see a PPC 604 at $3000.

However, I hear the Warp performance is much worse on the PPC, at least below 64MB of RAM. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I might as we have one IBM Power Personal at work and I have also seen an OS/2 PPC CD-ROM.
