Sounds like you need to set (or setenv, as the case may be) your TERM to vt100 and look for a vt100term.res. See what-all res files you have, set your TERM to one of those that your Solaris has. The alternatives are: Run sqldba in LINE mode, or define your own tk2cxterm.res, one...key...at... a...time...

Also, you might check and see if you have original Oracle media, like a cd. Then you might be able to find the server mgr. Been awhile since I've been on Sun, so apologies if anything is wrong or out of date.
