1. No, you cant put info into a listbox automtaically. We restrict use of them to things which dont change, eg Gender, states/provinces of the country on this project.
2. use set_window_property(<windowname/windowid>,window_state,maximize). You probably want to call it from the when-new-form-instance trigger
