The sgadef<ORACLE_SID>.dbf file is a temporary file created at instance startup. As I understand it, it is used by Oracle to map out the Shared memory structures used by Oracle. The file is usually removed when you perform a normal or immediate shutdown.

I would'nt worry too much about the file, if the file is accidentally deleted I very much doubt that it would affect Oracle, at worst Oracle would probably perform an instance recovery.
