Help reinstall SQL*Net V1 client in Win95

I'm having trouble getting the program to work and wondered if it is the way I'm trying to get the program reinstalled. We have several PC's which were running SQL*Net V1(1.1.14something I think) on windows PC's.  Oracle was installed by a team that didn't leave any install disks or a way to reinstall if there were a problem. When I upgraded to Win95 I did a fresh install of windows and was able to get the program working again in win95 just by adding an [Oracle] section to my win.ini, putting  \ora\bin in my path, and copying oracle.ini to the new win95 directory.  A co-worker's hard disk crashed with no back-up. Win95 was installed on it and I tryed to get Oracle running by copying all of the files from my machine to his and making the same changes to his configuration. It doesn't work. I get an error message from Oracle and it won't connect to the remote database. I'm waiting to get installation disks but it's pretty critical that we get this machine going ASAP.
