Oracle Forum on Prodigy.

Greeetings !
I was wondering if there was a Forum out here that brings professionals
like ourselves together in an environment to discuss various Oracle
issues, from development to RDBMS architecture. I am relatively new to
Prodigy and do not know for sure. I would definetly be interested in
joining a SIG, or online forum of some kind, and found CompuServ to be
somewhat tedious.
If anyone has knowledge of this type of forum, would you please respond?
Also, I would not be adverse in attempting to create and assist
facilitation of such a forum out here (do not know the technacalities of
which, but with further insight should not be monstrous). So, if there
are interested parties receiving this message please respond in kind.
My personal background lies extensively in UNIX on Sun and HP, as well
as AIX with RDBMS v's. 6 through 7.2.2, migrations, administration, etc.,
etc.
I would like to communicate with collegues on any level to attempt to cut
through the WWS support ring, share ideas, and possibly get some pull on
upcoming releases, changes, work arounds, as a group .
