The January 22, 1996 issue of PC-Week reports that Oracle is working on Personal Oracle Lite. It requires only 1 Mb of RAM, and will run on Windows, OS/2, Mac, and Oracle's "Internet PC". The windows version is expected to ship this month. List price is $195 for the Windows version.

The article didn't say a whole lot about the program's capabilites, so I'm not sure if it will do what you want....
