object10.vrf missing

Installing PO7 and I get object10.vrf missing.
This happens while it is analyzing dependencies. It says:
object10.vrf(0) FILE NOT FOUND while verifiying object10.
What am I doing wrong.
Then I double clicked on orainst.exe and told in complete installation
and got the error. I checked and there is a file called object10.vrf
present in the tmp directory I expanded into.
