this waring indicates that the user profile information tables are
not installed in the database.
to solve this ´problem´ is to run a SQL*Plus script
called something like o7pub.sql or pubbld.sql and is normaly
localted in ORACLE_HOME/plusxx/admin...
you must run this script as SYSTEM user. For more information please read the Application Development Guide.
