Check in your /var/tmp/o directory - you may have an old socket remaining there (it would be named "sdw_db.world", since your KEY name in the ipc address is "dw_db.world")

This happens sometimes if the previously running server doesn't exit cleanly (like if someone reboots the machine...) We've fixed it in a later release.
