Hello
I am curious to know what qualifications are needed for an entry level position as a ORACLE programmer. Is a degree in Computer Science necessary? Can people in other fields with engineering background and some knowledge of databases, PL/SQL and Forms4.5, Report writer etc. work with databases? Any help is appreciated.
