Visual C++ 4.0 and Visual Basic 4.0 both come with the 32-bit Visigenic ODBC Oracle driver. It was originally tested *only* with NT, but does work with Windoze95 if you move a few files around.
The official post from Visigenic has been posted a few times in the last month or 2. Check old USENET.
