32 bit ODBC driver for Oracle 7.1

we're running Oracle 7.1 on NT, and i was just wondering what a good choice
would be for a 32 bit ODBC driver.  i've read in this group that the newest
versions of VB and VC++ come with a driver (visigenic?).  what version of VB
4.0 is this (professional, enterprise?).  how does this driver perform?  any
complaints about it?
