I'm currently neck deep in a 3.0 -->4.5 conversion project.
I am using the Kumaran GUI converter tool to assist me. So far the 3rd
party has paid for it self.
providing the scope of the original form remains the same, count on 2.5
days per form. this includes conversion, cleanup and testing.
