Multiple list boxes on a form in Power Objects??

Is it possible to restrict the selection of a second list box on a form based on the value of the first list box in Power Objects??

Example: I select a country from the first list box on a form. In the second list box, I have employee names. I want only those employees from the selected country to appear.
