My last answer to your question was definitely wrong!
"ORDER BY level,name" does of course not
give the desired output.
Since Oracle doesn't allow ordered views
or ordered insert from select statements,
I think we got a problem here.
You might have to retrieve your results
with a loop of queries.
I'm curious to hear other suggestions...
