No. "Repository administration" tool used for granting rights on applicasion systems to developers and other administrative task.
To create new applicasion system must be used "Repository Object Navigator" tool. Just select menu File > New and write name of new application system in "Properties" window, then save one. Received on Tue Nov 28 1995 - 00:00:00 CET
