RUN_PRODUCT(REPORTS,...) problems from FORMS 4.5

When calling REPORTS using RUN_PRODUCT in FORRMS, I get General Protection Fault error from KRNL386.exe. I have tried using FIX1MB, but it didnot solve the problem. Any suggestions?
