I hope this isn't useless to you since I haven't worked in the Oracle-NT environment.
In other environments you have to use SQLDBA to create the database. Connecting internal is where the OSDBA priv is granted. If there is an equivalent in NTyou might want to start there. Received on Tue Nov 07 1995 - 00:00:00 CET
