Files Missing in Oracle Beta for Win95?

I have downloaded the self-extracting file "po7w95.exe"

When I try to install the Developer's Beta version of Oracle Personal 7 for win95 I get the following error:

"plus32.vrf(0): FILNOT_FOUND while verifying plus32"

Any suggestions? All files are in the same directory, when I run setup.exe. Received on Mon Oct 23 1995 - 00:00:00 CET
