Problem COnfiguring Personal Oracle 7 for Windows 95

I have installed the Personal Oracle 7 for Windows 95 beta. The installation went smoothly and I am able to start the database. However, I get the following error when I attempt to access the database using ODBC or PowerBuilder:

ORA-03121 This problem was fixed in the Windows 3.1 version of Personal Oracle 7 by setting the
default alias Oracle7=2: and LOCAL=2: in the oracle.ini file. In this version of Oracle, the ini file is NOW called PO7.ini, and the structure has been changed! How do I fix this problem???!!
