Help!! data file was deleted

Dear All,
I have a big problem. I've deleted the data file (in directory /usr/oracle7/dbs) instead of using DROP TABLESPACE command. And the system can't start up correctly. It reported that that file was not found. Then the database was closed and the database was dismounted.
