Help !!! $ORAINIT0206 error from Oracle V6.

Hello everybody,
I want to thank you in advance for your time reading this note and for your
future help......
Oracle version 6.0.36.1.55 on platform IBM VM/ESA 1.2. When I run RUNMENU5 I got the following error :
$ORAINIT0206: DXD Size = 0 for Seperate Context area REQUEST
What does it mean ? I could not find this error code in the manuals....
The incredible is that if I try to run a menu from the SQL*MENU5 designer I can do it.
Could you please help me, I tried to contact Oracle hotline but there is
the answering machine..........
and this is quite urgent....
