SQL/NET Load-balancing

Is anyone aware of any load-balancing features within SQL/NET?

If I have a multitude of clients and three servers (3 node Sequent Cluster) all with the same image and thus capable of satifying any client request. How can I achieve load balancing?

Does SQL/NET provide any load balancing features?
