Forms 3.0 for DOS and PO7???

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to run Forms 3.0, Reportwritter 1.1, SqlMenu 5.0 for DOS against Personal Oracle 7. I understand that Forms 3.0 will run in a DOS window but are there any issues I should be aware of when attempting to set this up?.
