This release still contains a bug which causes it to GPF. This is when you have maximized a window and close it. So when you have for instance a property sheet maximize and close it (note that double click on the system butten doesn't work...). The system will GPF. If you don't have it maximized, it will just close the window and it won't GPF. This is a known bug and will be solved in 4.5.6.7. Oracle support can't say when it will be released. Hope this helps...
