According to my latest OCSIG newsletter, "Billings & Billings are working on an updated version of their CASE book. Wendelken & Anderson are also working on a book covering Designer 2000. Both should be available soon". Why don't you send me an e-mail in about a month's time? I'll have more information (like ISBN number) by then.
