Hi,
I intend to use alerters for an application showing system and client '
status.
Note, it also allows for user input.
- Could someone provide an example or point to a good example of using alerters with your C(++) application? Do I need a child process (thread?) to stay blocked on an alerter or there is a non-blocking way to receive it?
- Are alerters expensive?
- Any ideas on error handling subsystems in general?
