Pro*C 1.5 -> 2.0

We have seen several problems migrating Pro*C from 1.5 to 2.0 such as handling of NULLs in fetches and # precompiler directives.

Does anybody have a list of known migration problems and/or any tool which converts sources for 2.0 ?
