Personal Oracle V7 requires Win32s. Win32s is supported to a degree under OS/2 Warp. It is version dependent, and I don't recall the version that is compatible.

As an alternative, Oracle has on their Web server, a copy of the Workgroup Server for OS/2. (Actually they have a variety of versions.) Your best bet may be to just download a native copy of Oracle.
