General Duties:

Requirements:
BA in Information Systems or related field. Min 12 yrs experience in
Healthcare I/S implementation. Min 8 yrs experience in system
implementation. Experience in the management and development of
professional staff.
Implementation Product Representative
General Duties:
Provide Support for one system module. Assist in the support of
masterfile maintenance and development of testing scenarios. Provide
support to users during testing and training
Requirements:
Min 2yrs. experience in HMO/Insurance operations, preferably in a
Behavioral Health Care enviroment, i.e. Claims processing,
Authorizations, Case Management, Provider relations. Proficient use of
PC computing tools, preferably in the MS Office suite.
Implementation Product Specialist
General Duties:
Provide leadership in the support of masterfile maintenance,
definition and culmination of
data conversion and interface issues Define/Solve testing and training
issues
Requirements:
Min 5 yrs exp in HMO/Insurance operations, preferably in a Behavioral
Health Care enviroment, i.e. Claims processing, Authorizations, Case
Management, Provider relations. Proficient use of PC computing tools,
preferably in the MS Office suite. Previous experience providing
support in the conversion/implementation
of health care operations software products, preferably in the
Behavioral Health Care enviroment.
Implementation Product Manager
General Duties:
Provide leadership in the support of master file maintenance,

Implementation Project Leader
General Duties:
Perform all Implementation Specialist duties plus: Perform onsite
coordination of a single implementation project, while maintaining
project plan. Provide direction on interface, conversion and testing
issues.
Reauirements:
Bachelors Degree Min. 5yrs. exp. in health care I/S implementation.
Min. 3yrs. exp. in system implementation project management
Implementation Project Manager
General Duties:
All Project Leader duties plus the following: Provide leadership and
management of multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
Maintain project budget, staff, status reporting
Requirements:
B.A. in Informations Systems or related field. At least 8 yrs.
experience in health care I/S implementation. At least 5 yrs.
experience in system implementation project management. Staff
management experience.
AS/400 System Analyst
General Duties:
System performance monitoring, tuning and capacity planning of the
AS/400. Administration of Office/Vision 400 and Call/Path 400 as
needed. Maintain proper device cionfigurations for terminals,
printers, token ring, ethernet, synchronous and asynchronous
communications to the AS/400.
Requirements:
B.S. in Computer Science, related field or an equivalent of 5 yrs.
experience in the capacity of Systems Analyst. Min 3 yrs. with IBM
AS/400 experience in hardware, software security using RPGIII and CL.
Director, Applications Development
General Duties:
Responsibility and authority for the definition, design and
development of new application software systems. Oversees the
full-life cycle management of the software development process.
Provides overall coordination of vendor support activities including
“bug” resolution, new release version control, ad hoc reporting and
new enhancement specification across all systems.
Requirements:
B.A. or M.A. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or related field. Min. 10 yrs experience in application
software development, with full life-cycle management
responsibilities. Software development for commmercial purposes and
client-server application development experience is preferred.
Experience in managed care, healthcare or insurance industries a plus.
Manager, Business Analysis
General Duties:
Directs all analysis activities related to operational I/S,
feasability studies, evaluation and selection activities. etc. Works
closely with I/S management on determining appropriate alternatives
for automated solutions. Assigns personnel to projects and directs
their activities. Reveiws and evaluates staff work procedures.
Requirements:
B.A. in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or related field or min of 10 yrs of related and relevant
experience.
Manager, Business Administration
General Duties:
Overall responsibilty for application data, data integrity and data
security including overall responsiblity for the development of the
Information Respository. Maintains a high level of standards related
to the automated databases and data security.
Requirements:
B.S. in Computer Science, systems management, or 10 yrs of equivalent
experience. Min. 8 yrs. experience database analysis and management.
Related experience with the development of 4GL database system, client
server database development or an information repositories/data
warehouse also preferred
Information Center Supervisor
General Duties:
Supervise the Information Center’s call management function, providing
for operation at specified service levels. Interacts with I/S and
other departmental management to develop and maintain effective
standards and procedures for issue tracking and escalation. Negotiate
service level agreements. Plans, acquires and develops dedicated
Information Center resources including personnel and systems.
Requirements:
3 or more years as supervisor or senior representative providing end
user computing support. H.S. diploma required B.A. Information
Systems/ Computer Science/Management.
