According to the package source...in prvtutil.sql:
"This can be used in any stored procedure or trigger to access the call
stack. This can be useful for debugging." (i.e. you can see what was
called in what order)
"Returns the calls stack."...in the form of a varchar2 value of up to 2000
bytes.
I would love to hear of any actual use of this function myself.
