HELP ! Oracle Forms 4.0 Editor Problem

I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem while attempting to create a customized menu using ORACLE FORMS 4.0 menu editor. After completing all steps specified in the manual, I attempt to generate the menu. I recieve the following error message:

    "MNU-10633 Main menu NEWMEN not found in module".

Now NEWMEN is the top level menu item and I have entered it in the menu module property sheet in the main field. Can anyone tell me how to correct this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
