Which NT platform for Oracle 7.1 ?

I am trying to assess the feasibility of using Oracle 7.1 on NT, to support an initial user population of 10 concurrent users, transaction rate of 10/min, where the transactions are a mix of TPC-A and TPC-C type transactions. What NT platform would you recommend, ideally based on experience. How much RAM do you suggest is required?. The NT platform must be scalable to support upto 50 concurrent users with a transaction rate of 50/min. Is an NT based platform suitable for this type of load or should I look at Unix based platforms such as Sun/HP etc.

Is there any information on the anywhere on the Internet that provides independent benchmarks for Oracle 7.1 on different platforms?.
